Common questions
What's the difference between the two?
The Verified Sqout Report is a real person physically visiting and documenting the building. The SnapShot is an instant, data-and-signals read you can get before you even book a tour. Many renters start with a SnapShot, then order a Verified Report on their top choice.
Is SQOUT a real estate agent or broker?
No. SQOUT is not a real estate broker, agent, leasing service, or housing advisor. We document observable rental-environment information so you can make your own decision.
How long does a Verified Report take?
Once you submit an address, we schedule a Scout visit and deliver the documented report after the visit. [Insert current turnaround time.]
What areas do you cover?
Tampa Bay first, expanding market by market as Scout coverage grows. If we're not in your area yet, join the waitlist and you'll be first to know.
Can I trust the information?
Every signal in a report is labeled by where it came from and how confident we are. A report describes conditions at the time of visit — it's a point-in-time observation, not a guarantee or inspection.
What's your refund policy?
[Insert refund/cancellation policy — pending attorney review.] Because a Verified Report involves real-world scheduled work, terms are shown at checkout.
